It’s been a great week for Manifest Software Solutions after winning a prestigious industry award.
At the UK Housing Awards ceremony on 1 May our team were crowned winners of the Innovator Partner of the Year category for our Universal Adapter technology.
With 4.1 million people accommodated in social housing and an ever-increasing percentage of known internet usage amongst UK adult population now at 90% (source: ONS, 2018), it was clear the housing sector needed to embrace digital transformation. Following three years of extensive research and development the Universal Adapter is coming of age.
Revolutionary within the housing sector the Universal Adapter has helped many housing associations streamline essential and previously time-consuming processes. The unique software allows the integration of data from multiple sources into one easy to navigate hub. The software can be tailored to individual cases and has so far helped associations improve their online payment systems, improve customer service and boost business performance.
The thrills don’t stop there however with Manifest Software Solutions also being shortlisted in the Housing Heroes Awards 2019 in the Central Service Team of the Year category. The entry showcases the ground-breaking project that Manifest Software Solutions and Greenfields Community Housing have been working on. The awards ceremony will be held on 24 June at the Manchester Central.
