Manifest Software Solutions integrate RedkiteCRM and Mears to provide A2Dominion with a fully integrated real-time repairs solution
The Universal Adapter cloud integration platform successfully went live, integrating the RedkiteCRM solution (built on Dynamics) with the Mears MCM solution.
As all the integration for this phase of the project integrates cloud hosted systems, no on-premise gateway or infrastructure is required. All the integration is hosted, maintained and fully supported by Manifest Software Solutions in their UACloud integration layer, hosted by Manifest in Microsoft Azure (UK).
The solution provides real-time two-way integration between all the systems. All integration can be easily monitored using the Universal Adapter dashboards which provide A2Dominion with complete visibility of all data passing through the interfaces. The interfaces self-monitor and will notify the Manifest support desk of any issues, allowing a proactive response by Manifest giving A2Dominion complete piece of mind.
