AccessPay integration proves seamless

The Regenda Group, based across the north of England, strives to regenerate places and communities and to create opportunities for people. Regenda Homes, the housing association part of the group, provides 13,000 social housing properties including Independent Living schemes and supported homes, across 30 different local authority areas.

Karen Thomas, Applications Services Manager at The Regenda Group says; “We wanted to make a move to Access Pay to ensure that payroll and supplier payments we secure and controlled and we minimised the risk of fraud. The challenge was to be able to automate the files and interface with our existing systems.

As an existing trusted supplier, Regenda approached Manifest Software Solutions (MSS) to help to develop the solution and support the knowledge transfer to the in-house team.

Results

The solution is able to process different file types from different locations. A translation logic is then applied to  standardise the file format. The process is secure, and the risk of fraud is controlled.

Remittance Advices

Working with The Regenda Group, we used the Universal Adapter to develop integration between Orchard, OpenAccounts and Microsoft Exchange to automatically produce and email PDF remittance advices to suppliers.

The integration with Microsoft Exchange uses the latest Exchange Web Services to securely deliver the remittance advices and all PDFs are created natively by the Universal Adapter.

Subject Access Requests

Working with The Regenda Group, we developed an automated Universal Adapter routine to extract personal data held about a person who has requested a subject access request. This saves a lot of time searching through systems and compiling information

SMS customer satisfaction survey

Working with The Regenda Group, we automatically send an SMS customer satisfaction survey to each person that has a repair completed. The Universal Adapter has in-built rules that prevent customers being sent multiple surveys when several repairs have been carried out in the same day.
