The Manifest RM Connect Universal Adapter (UA) enables the integration of your housing management software with your DLO or contractor systems quickly and efficiently.

The solution has been developed in close collaboration with several of our clients to allow organisations to take control of the amount and frequency of data passing between systems (to meet your business model). Critical information can be exchanged in real-time between solutions, even allowing you to use the scheduling engine from your contactors system while you have your client on the phone.

Universal Adapter real time monitor:

cTiming and visibility are key to interfacing an end-to-end repairs project. Systems must be synchronised in the correct sequence for the data to flow correctly. The UA allows your business to proactively monitor the flow of data and will alert when there are issues which need to be dealt with. The UA can pause process threads when required, to allow for intervention via the UA web console to review any issues, before rejoining the process from the same point.
