Eastlight Integrate Total Mobile and Orchard

Eastlight go live with integrated Orchard, Total Mobile, self appointed repairs portal and OpenAccounts using the Manifest Software Solutions Universal Adapter

Eastlight Community Homes was created in July 2020 following the merger of Colne Housing and Greenfields Community Housing, providing 12,000 homes across Suffolk and Essex.

Manifest Software Solutions worked closely with Eastlight and Total Mobile to ensure the new repairs software was fully integrated with all Eastlight’s other systems. This ensured that, as well as being fully integrated with Orchard’s housing system, customers can  book their own appointment slots via a portal and orders for materials are automatically updated into the OpenAccounts financial systems.
