Saxon Weald’s workforce goes live with Advanced DRS and Job Manager, fully integrated in real-time with their Orchard housing system
As a long time user of the DRS scheduling solution, Saxon Weald chose to implement the Job Manager mobile working solution. The Job Manager solution is extremely configurable allowing Saxon Weald’s operatives to collect all the information required by the business. However, all that information needs to update their Orchard housing system.
Manifest Software Solutions worked closely with the team from Advanced and Saxon Weald to help configure the solution and all the integration with the back office systems. Jobs are extracted from Orchard, scheduled by DRS, updated in Job Manager and the results updated back into Orchard. All integration is orchestrated by the Manifest Software Solutions Universal Adapter.
Information sent to DRS
- All jobs issued to the workforce are sent to DRS for scheduling
Information sent to Job Manager
- A daily refresh of all SoRs
- A daily refresh of all current van stock items and materials
- Property, Tenancy and Tenant data including contact details and H&S alerts
- Full job information including reported issue, SoRs, priority, details of previous visits, notes, number of no access attempts (for gas), special materials required
- Gas appliance details
- 18 months of repair history for the property
Updates back into Orchard
- Job notes recorded by the operative
- Job progression events that keep the client updated every time the job is updated by the operative
- Materials used
- SoRs completed
- Labour times including times arrived, started, breaks taken and visit completed
- Photos captured during the job (JPG)
- Completed LGSR certificate (PDF)
