Manifest Software Solutions integrate Total Mobile with the Council’s existing MRI housing software to provide a seamless integrated client/contractor solution

The Universal Adapter allows Council staff to book repairs and manage appointments in real-time without leaving the Council’s housing management system. The Council’s systems are continually kept updated by the Universal Adapter, this allows customer service staff to immediately access the latest information when helping customers, without logging into multiple systems.

The Universal Adapter automatically updates Total Mobile with information about Council properties so that the workforce has the information they need to effectively carry out repairs.
New repairs are created in the Council systems and electronically transferred in real-time to the Total Mobile solution. Appointments can then be managed from within the Council’s systems using the Manifest Software Unified Diary Viewer. This allows appointments to be booked and managed seamlessly while the customer is still on the phone.

The unified diary viewer allows Council staff logged into the housing system to easily view and manage contractor appointments in Total Mobile. The integrated viewer includes a comprehensive range of familiar features such as:

  • View all contractor availability
  • Warn if an appointment already exists for this repair
  • Book an appointment
  • Re-Book an appointment (automatically cancelling old appointment)
  • Cancel an appointment (not used by Welwyn)
  • Transfer a request for a specific appointment through to a back office planner
